It’s a Bianchi that was actually made in Italy! 7 speed freewheel (which I’m converting to single speed) with a sketchy Italian threaded bottom bracket. Nitto stem, Shimano SLR brakes (90s spec), and even anodized wheels.
Plans: Fizik bar tape. Rebuild the vintage Schwinn brakes so they actually work. Continental Gatorskins (because why not), whatever cheap seat I can put on there, replace the super hard brake pads with something not manufactored in the 90s (probably Kool Stop), and it should be a nice runaround bike. The frame is straight without rust (but has a nice pantina) and straight non bent wheels. Has a bent deraileur hanger. And brand new cables all over.
What suggestions or questions do you have?

None.
Based off your build, there can be none suggestions so don’t listen to them.

Become a hipster and convert it to a fixie

I don’t have hipster dollars that allows me to buy a rear wheel laced to a fixed/flip-flop hub with a rare axle spacing specific to vintage Italian bikes. So....no. If I really needed to, I could convert this to a full on hill climber build. But not a fixie.

You need a campy groupset so you can be full italian! Still awesome!

As much as I like Campy, I’m not bankrupting myself.

Why converting to a single speed? I don't know road bikes, my only experience is an old Rocky Mountain Element and I loved having 19 or so speeds

The derailleur hanger is bent, it’s welded to the frame, and I don’t want to spend the money on intergrated brake/shifters that are designed for 7 speed. I need something with minimum maintenance (note I also work at a bike shop) that only requires degreasing and regreasing.

Plus gears gets expensive, and the bulk of what this bike will cost will be how I like my road bikes set up (tires, pedals, seat, and bar tape).

Ooh fair enough, oh nice! I have a friend that works at a bike shop, I’m gonna get his help to get a bike again. I haven’t had one for a couple years and barely even knew anything about bikes when I had one.

If you ask really nicely, homey deals with bike shop people can really help a lot.

3-speed + coaster brake.

I always wondered whether carbon ceramic bicycle coaster brakes work better when they are heated up....

Make it proper bianchi green! Why isn’t it bianchi green?

Single speed freewheel, respace the hub, redish the rear wheel, and Kool Stop salmon pads. Done.
Well, there is the issue of the wheel size. Does it have 700c or 27" wheels? The tire selection for 27" is pretty bad. Converting to 700c improves that, but can get expensive. You could buy a set of 700c wheels, but you'll have to reset the frame spacing and add drop brakes. It's not too hard, but may not be worth it.

Will it go places my new Haro will go?

That frame looks tiny, what size is it? Sweet ride though. I ride single speed, I enjoy it much more than fixed. I just finished building up my beater single speed to leave at the office. It’s a older Motobecane frame so it’s all kinds of stupid sizes that don’t match anything. Also the bottom bracket desperately needs to be serviced and the front hub is a tad sketchy. Granted I paid $10 for the wheel set

hipster? (everybody in Austin hates gears...)

Probably a 52 or 53..

This has 700c wheels, as the tires that are currently on there do not come in a 27 size. I was going to put my current 10 speed wheel, but hub spacing is something I’d rather not mess with.
I might have to redish the wheel....but yeah...

I have a Focus mtb that will go places your haro will go.

Charge Spoon?

Our shop does carry charge bikes, and I might go for this one, as the faux suede on those seats are pretty good.

That’s good, and lucky. I don’t think any freewheel I’ve touched was on a hub laced to a 700c rim. It seems strange to me.

It’s too cliche.
